Magnetic backing allows rods to stick to whiteboards and other magnetic surfaces. Use large Cuisenaire Rods to demonstrate and reinforce a variety of numeracy skills: addition & subtraction, patterns, algebra, geometry and much more. Contains ten different lengths and each length can be assigned a different numeric value or unit of measure. Largest piece measures L 25 x W 2.5cm. The set contains 64 Cuisenaire Rods: 20 white (shortest) 12 red and four of each of light green, purple, yellow, dark green, black, brown, blue and orange (longest). Age 5+.
